It’s time to raise your glass (of water) and sip your way to better health. Staying hydrated is key for energy, focus, glowing skin, and feeling your best—especially during these hot summer days. This month, we challenge you to drink at least 8 cups of water a day and track your progress with us!
You’ll get hydration tips, calculate how much water YOU should really be drinking, fun facts, and a simple way to track your daily water intake.

This month, we challenge you to commit to at least 10 minutes of stretching, mobility, or recovery work every day, and 3 recovery classes a week like yoga, sunrise flow, mobility + stability, deep stretch or foam rolling. You’ve got choices! Track your progress!

This October, we’re focusing on one of the most powerful (and often overlooked) parts of wellness: sleep.
Quality rest is where your body rebuilds muscle, balances hormones, restores energy, and supports mental clarity. Without enough sleep, all that hard work in your workouts and nutrition can’t fully pay off.
This month, we challenge you to aim for 7–9 hours of sleep each night, and practice a simple wind-down routine—like gentle stretching, journaling, or putting away screens 30 minutes before bed. Track your progress and notice how much better you feel when your body gets the deep rest it needs to thrive.
November Wellzie Challenge: Move with Gratitude
This November, we’re shifting our focus to two powerful forces that can transform your well-being: Movement and Gratitude.
Daily movement keeps your body strong, energized, and balanced, while gratitude shifts your mindset, helping you feel more grounded and positive no matter what the day brings. When you combine the two, you create momentum that fuels both your body and your mind.
This month, your challenge is simple:
💪 Move your body daily — it can be a class, a walk, a stretch, or a dance break.
💛 Practice gratitude daily — write down and say out loud one thing you’re grateful for each day or create a daily mantra for positive focus.
We’ll be using a Monthly Movement Tracker and Gratitude Journal to help you stay consistent and collect 30 things you’re grateful for, something you can reflect on and use as motivation for the rest of the year.

Between celebrations, travel, and busy schedules, it’s easy to let movement slide, but staying active is one of the best ways to boost your mood, manage stress, and feel your best through the holidays.
Your challenge:
💪 Complete 12 Wellzie workouts (live or on-demand) between December 1–24.
They can be any mix—yoga, sculpt, HIIT, stretch, or core—whatever helps you move and feel good!
🗓️ Track your progress using our Holiday Hustle Tracker, and celebrate each completed workout by checking off a “day of fitness.”
🎁 Bonus: Share your progress in our private Wellzie Facebook group! Post your completed tracker, a sweaty selfie, or a note about how movement helps you stay grounded this season.
