Upper Body + Core Strength (All Levels)

Mobility + Stability Flow (Beginner Friendly)
Enhance your joint health, improve posture, and unlock deeper flexibility in this slow and intentional flow. This class combines functional movement, yoga-inspired poses, and deep stretches using a mobility stick to support better range of motion, muscle activation, and alignment. Perfect for all levels looking to move better and feel stronger from the inside out. A yoga or mobility stick is required.
Total Body Strength (Advanced)
This is a well-rounded workout designed to build strength, balance, and endurance from head to toe. You’ll move through a mix of compound lifts, functional movements, and controlled strength work using dumbbells and bodyweight to target all major muscle groups.

RECOVERY CLASSES
TABATA Cardio Circuit (Beginner Friendly)

HYBRID CLASSES

SUNDAY SOCIAL - Foam Roll + Stretch (All Levels)
This is your space to unwind, recover, and reset at the end of the week. This virtual class blends guided foam rolling, light stretching, and optional massage gun work to help release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from workouts or everyday stress.
The vibe is relaxed and social, mics stay on, conversations flow, and you’re welcome to chat, connect, and simply hang out while taking care of your body.

Sculpt Fusion (Advanced)
This fast paced class combines the best of a yoga warm-up, full body strength & cardio circuit conditioning, then finishes with a few minutes of stretch and mindfulness.
