That post-workout meal or snack doesn’t have to be complicated! Our Protein Power Bowl is quick, customizable, and packed with everything your body needs to recover and feel good. 🌱💪

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice

  • ½ cup canned chickpeas or black beans (rinsed & drained)

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup roasted or steamed veggies (like broccoli, carrots, or bell peppers)

  • 1 boiled egg or 3 oz grilled chicken/tofu

  • Optional: sprinkle of feta, drizzle of tahini or olive oil, lemon wedge

Instructions:

  1. Layer everything in a bowl.

  2. Warm it up if desired, or enjoy it cold as a fresh, balanced bowl.

  3. Top with your favorite herbs, seeds, or a little hot sauce for extra flavor.
